Walmart, the largest retailer in the US, announced in its First Quarter Earnings Call this week that it spent $73 million in the first quarter of 2013 on FCPA-related expenses. The company has been the subject of the largest-ever FCPA investigation. The investigation relates to alleged bribery in Mexico, China, Brazil, India and other countries.
