The FSA has published a supplementary annex to its report on good and poor practices in Key Features Documents which was originally published on 28 September 2007.
The annex:
- Provides an update on the progress firms have made in improving the effectiveness of their Key Features Documents and Simplified Prospectuses.
- Describes some common themes which are still holding back progress by some firms.
- Gives further examples of good and poor practice.
The FSA will maintain its attention on the quality of Key Features Documents and Simplified Prospectuses as part of its supervisory work. The FSA will assess overall progress again in 2010.
