The Department of Labor has issued Regulations implementing Executive Order 13658 which was signed by the President on February 12, 2014. The Final Rule establishes a new $10.10 minimum wage for employees of federal construction and service contractors for all new contracts that results from solicitations issued on or after January 1, 2015.

All federal contractors that enter into contracts after January 1, 2015, need to prepare to comply with the new minimum wage.
