The new Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”) regulations became effective on Friday, January 16, 2009. Please be sure that the new FMLA poster has been posted in the work site, the FMLA policy has been updated and all FMLA notices have been reviewed for compliance with the new regulations.
