The Central Bank of Ireland has published a macro-financial review which offers a review of the current state of the macro-financial environment in Ireland. It is designed to:

  1. help the public, financial-market participants and international and national authorities better evaluate financial risks, and
  2. promote informed dialogue on the financial systems' strength and weaknesses and efforts to strengthen its resilience.

The Review assembles some of the material kept under surveillance by the Financial Stability Committee of the Central Bank of Ireland. The Review focuses on downside risks but better-than-expected outcomes are also possible. It also evaluates developments since the previous Review which was published in May 2013.
