  • President Obama met with independent federal financial regulatory agency heads on August 19 to urge quicker adoption of Dodd-Frank rules. (OCC not included.) Readout of the meeting available here.
  • Federal Reserve finalizes annual assessment fees for supervision and regulation of bank and thrift holding companies with $50 billion or more in total consolidated assets and nonbank financial institutions subject to supervision by the Federal Reserve. Rule available here.
