Harassment at work, mental health and wellbeing, the protection of transgender workers, equal pay and the gender pay gap – all are big 2018 HR headlines, but how can organisations encourage a diverse and inclusive workforce?
Equality and diversity can bring many organisational benefits: greater engagement in your workforce, improved organisational outcomes, and a stronger bottom line. However, while many organisations have embraced the concepts of equality, many have not yet figured out how to make their workplace more inclusive.
