It notes the perceived probability of a high-impact event in the UK financial system is falling, but the main risk is still that of economic downturn, with geopolitical risk the second most concerning development. BoE speaks on managing cyber risk: Andrew Gracie has spoken on managing cyber risk. He looked at the work of the Financial Policy Committee and the resilience survey UK regulators have undertaken.
