The day after the Kansas House passed a bill that would allow a coal-fired power plant to be built, the Senate did the same by a vote of 31-7. Governor Sebelius has said she will veto the bill. The focus now returns to the Kansas House where they need to gain 9 more votes to override the Governor's veto.
