Court of Justice confirms annulment of Commission’s prohibition decision in UPS / TNT Express
On 16 January 2019 the European Court of Justice confirmed the annulment of the European Commission’s decision to block the acquisition of TNT Express by UPS, concluding that the Commission had breached UPS’s rights of defence.
