• The FCC has released the tentative Agenda for the Open Meeting to be held March 3, 2011. The Agenda contains seven Notices of Proposed Rulemaking, four of which regard improving communications services on tribal lands. Other topics include reforming the Lifeline and Link Up programs and implementing the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010.
