Andrew Fry works in the front-end of major projects & construction with government departments and the private sector on a range of major road, rail, port, telecommunications, facilities maintenance and infrastructure projects.

Andrew advises on project delivery options, tender and contract documentation, procurement and contract administration.  Through acting on the Western Distributor and the CityLink - Tullamarine Widening (CTW) projects, Andrew has developed expertise in advising Government on market-led proposal projects.

Previously, Andrew worked as a financial analyst in London, and as an accountant in Adelaide.
