Duncan is a partner and head of the Competition and EU Law department in the UK. He specialises in contentious and non-contentious UK and EU competition law. Duncan has considerable experience in advising a wide range of clients on matters before the EU Commission, UK Competition and Markets Authority, UK sectoral regulators (including Ofcom and the FCA), and the UK and European Courts.He has a very strong practice advising corporates in relation to investigations into anti-competitive conduct.
