Bram Woltering is an experienced attorney at law in the field of intellectual property law (trademark rights, copyright, design rights, and patent rights).
Bram specialises in intellectual property law and advises and represents (inter)national clients in cases relating to, for example, parallel trade, transit and infringements (of brand rights, copyrights and patent rights). He has also acquired a lot of experience with anti-counterfeiting and its coordination at European level.
