Jan Lilius heads Hannes Snellman’s Insolvency practice in Helsinki. He has vast experience in matters relating to both domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency, such as administering bankruptcy estates and companies under restructuring proceedings. Jan provides legal, strategic, and commercial advice to debtors, creditors, bondholders, investors, boards of directors, auditors, and creditors involving financially distressed companies. Jan has also litigated and arbitrated a number of landmark cases relating to insolvency and other types of business disputes, e.g. complex construction disputes.
