Jeremy specializes in shipping and transport law and has built a broad base of expertise from over 20 years in practice, covering admiralty dispute resolution, emergency response, shipping finance, ship sale and purchase, carriage of goods, marine insurance, road and rail transportation, commodities and regulatory law. He holds BA and LLB degrees from Stellenbosch University and an LLM from the University of Cape Town. He is dual qualified as a lawyer in South Africa and England and Wales and is a member of the Maritime Law Association. He has worked in London and Paris, and presently resides with his family in Cape Town.
