Suhail Nathani

Suhail Nathani is the Managing Partner of ELP and heads the international trade and customs and competition law and policy practices. He also co-heads the capital markets and securities laws, corporate and commercial, and private equity and venture capital practices of the firm. Suhail did law at Cambridge University, England and has received an LL.M. from Duke University, USA. Apart from India, he is also admitted to the State Bar of New York.
