Khaled Abou El Houda is an attorney-at-law and managing partner of Houda Law Firm based in the Senegalese capital of Dakar with a second office recently opened in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. He is registered with the Bars Association of Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire and an honorary member of the Senegal Mining Chamber. He is also general secretary of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (ICM) Senegal and general secretary of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) in Senegal.
