Robin Rylander is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Dispute Resolution practice group and is based in Stockholm. He specialises in international commercial arbitration and investment treaty matters. Robin’s experience in investment disputes includes arbitrations, ICSID annulment proceedings and domestic challenge and enforcement matters. Recent engagements include the arbitrations of Vattenfall v. Germany and EcoDevelopment v. Tanzania, the annulment proceedings in Micula v. Romania, and domestic matters in the wake of Achmea and, Komstroy and PL Holdings.
