Over the past 20 years, Draper has acted as advocate, arbitrator, or legal expert in over 70 international commercial arbitrations or related disputes concerning water, natural resources, commodities, international commercial contracts, fashion, renewable energy, private equity, construction/engineering, telecommunications, transport, intellectual property (IP) and licensing.
