b. Advised the Eland Group on its recently concluded junior reserve base lending transaction of over $50 million
c. Successfully advised on structure and documentation for several asset and share deal transactions in the oil and gas industry;
d. Currently advising several clients in the oil and gas industry on issues of obtaining the relevant approvals from the newly created competition commission;
e. Successfully advised the transaction sponsors on the Central Bank of Nigeria’s power sector intervention facility of N213 Billion Naira (CBN-NEMSF)
