Mr Neeraj Tuli is the firm’s senior partner, and he heads the coverage and claims practice. Before setting up Tuli & Co in 2000, Mr Tuli was a partner with insurance law specialist Kennedys in London, where he practised for 12+ years. He has industry leading experience in the contentious and non-contentious aspects of the insurance and reinsurance industry. Mr Tuli regularly assists clients with insurance coverage issues, regulatory advice, and product development. He also acts as an arbitrator.
