Delvalle, Escalona, Levy & Corró (DELCO), a partnership by four dynamic attorneys hailing from several renowned Panamanian law practices. The firm’s four partners have complementary educational and professional backgrounds that cover a wide spectrum. Felipe Escalona, focuses his practice on corporate, commercial, and aviation law. He’s also played a lead role in numerous highly publicized M&A and project finance transactions. Felipe is an aviation enthusiast, and is locally regarded amongst the most knowledgeable aviation experts, having advised several industry related companies in the establishment and maintenance of operations in Panama. Diego Corró has accumulated a vast experience in banking law, project finance, bond issuances, and corporate restructurings, overseeing complex real estate and energy related transactions. Alberto Levy has been involved in highly technical M&A dealings, including recently revealed record setting transnational transactions. His real estate experience comprises work done for highly regarded local promotors, with an emphasis in the up and coming Casco Viejo neighbourhood. Ricardo Delvalle, is a litigation, regulatory, and labour law specialist. He owns a highly sought-after hybrid educational background, involving both legal and business specialties.
