The law Firm is specialized in Employment Law carries out either judicial and extra-judicial advice and assistance in favour of national and multinational companies of all industries.

The area of practice includes Labor and Employment law, Commercial Agency law, Health & Safety in the workplace GDPR – Data Protection regulation and setting up organizational models to prevent the commitment of crimes by employees and contractors in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001

Today as 45 years ago, the decision to specialize in the employment law field remains the key point of the Firm’s development strategy.

Thanks to its in-depth knowledge of laws and practices gained in over 45 years of activity, as well as its capacity to simply and clearly explain the rules (which are often complex) of Italian employment law, the Firm frequently handles cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and provides advise to headquarters, legal affairs directors and human resource managers working outside of Italy.

The Firm relies on a solid network of counterparts for transactions requiring activity in Italy and the world.

The desire to establish a stable and lasting relationship with the clients has encouraged the firm to include within its ICT structure a Customer relationship management (CRM) software, which focuses on the client rather than the product itself within the business, thus allowing the team to manage relations with its clients and thereby creating client’s satisfaction.

Thanks to the most appropriate means of communication and a system of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, De Luca & Partners is able to meet the daily needs of the customer autonomously, independently and timely, and to ensure comprehensive data protection for the IT infrastructure.

De Luca & Partners also invests in researching and disseminating Employment Law material and for this reason collaborates with Il Sole 24 Ore and with the main employment law journals.

Its partners and associates are often invited as speakers at training courses, workshops and seminars in Italy and abroad.
