  • Reliance Ind Vs Quiker India and Reliance Vs OLX India – Invoked intermediary liability of websites found lacking in due diligence to ensure that fake job posts under reputed brands do not lure the public into being scammed
  • Pfizer - clarifies “known substance” relating to section 3(d) and provides a good precedence for anticipation by prior claiming.
  • Pioneer Overseas Corporation – paves way for DNA testing for disputed IPR in Plant Variety 
  • Pharmacyclics LLC v Controller of Patents – clarifies the stage till which opponent entitled to file fresh evidence 
  • Development of a damages culture in large number of cases that recognized not only punitive, but compensatory, exemplary and aggravated damages (Philips Vs. AmazeStore); 
  • India’s first post-trial SEP judgment (Philips Vs. Bhagirathi); 
  • Development of unique remedies such as the “Tree Planting Order” (Merck case); and order benefitting adolescent girls (Hermes case).
