Acuity Law was founded in November 2011 by Souvik Ganguly and takes pride in rendering incisive professional services taking into consideration commercial realities. The firm comprises of young and energetic lawyers and professionals rendering legal, tax and regulatory services to Indian and multinational clients --companies, funds, banks and financial institutions, founders of companies, management teams, international law firms, domestic and international investment banks, financial advisors and government agencies in various transactions in and outside India. Acuity Law has a specialised Japan desk and is involved in advising Japanese companies doing business in India.

Our areas of practice are divided into three departments: Corporate practice, Global Trade and Tax practice, and Disputes practice. Key people in the firm include Souvik Ganguly, Deni Shah, and Renjith Nair. The firm is well supported in the disputes and arbitration practices by of-counsels who regularly appear in various dispute resolution forums including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts and Tribunals in Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru.
