Through Provision 6/2021, the Sub-secretary of Open Government and Digital Country (Sub-secretary), which reports to the chief of Cabinet of Ministers, has created a database to organise, speed up and conduct the administration of one or more vaccines against covid-19 that have been authorised by the relevant entities and jurisdictions.

The Sub-secretary will be responsible for the database, which is subject to the scope and terms of the Personal Data Protection Law (25,326). It will contain the personal data of those citizens – users of the Cuid.AR app (developed by the Federal Government for the purposes of the pandemic) – who have voluntarily requested and received an appointment to be vaccinated with one of the approved vaccines.

The data may be transferred to jurisdictions, entities and National Public Administration agencies only in the context of the covid-19 pandemic. Wherever possible, the data will be disclosed anonymously.
