The amendments took effect on 1 January 2023.(1)Among the modifications is the introduction of a fee for items that are listed in the specification of products or services in a trademark registration application. The fee for a trademark registration application will include a certain number of products or services (20 items).Any items that have become obsolete will be eliminated and the concepts will be updated to align with the new management practice.
