The recently amended Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Procedure for Procurement of Special Permits for Subsurface Exploration has established the charges that will be levied for pursuing such activities. The charges vary depending on the type of subsurface use involved.
According to the resolution, the charges are as follows:
