The American Arbitration Association (AAA) has just opened its second International Centre for Dispute Resolution office in Dublin. The AAA's first International Centre for Dispute Resolution office was opened in New York in 1996.
The new office is intended to support the AAA's European operations. The AAA chose Dublin as the location for its new office because of Ireland's vibrant economy, its easy access to other European centres and because Irish law has long supported the arbitration process.
