Blog / Organise your workload with folders on Lexology

12 February 2019

As a user of Lexology you must often think, “with all these articles, can my browser really hold any more favourites?” But we have a new feature to save you time and help keep your articles in one easy-to-find destination.

For example, you may be a researcher for a firm and have found a few articles of interest which will be used in your presentation, so where do you save them? Lexology folders gives you a safe location, allowing you to combine research, including your own notes, and keep it in one place to then save and share with your wider team.

Sound good so far?

What, where and how?

Clipping and Sharing allows you to organise your clippings, articles and notes into customised folders that cover your areas of interest. Just click on the briefcase icon to manage your clippings.

Once those clippings are in a folder, you can automatically create a briefing note, collating your clippings into a report to share with your team.

Great! But I have multiple subjects and need more than one folder – what do I do?

We’ve got a solution. If you are an active user and read a lot of articles per day, it could be time for you to go PRO. Lexology PRO is our new subscription service which gives you more features and offers greater abilities to streamline your workflow including unlimited folders. Yes, that’s unlimited folders. So, in summary, with 52 work areas to chose from, you could create 52 folders which can be easily organised and shared with your team.
