COVID-19 is disrupting the economy like we’ve never seen before and credit providers are already experiencing high volumes of calls requesting hardship relief on their loans – there’s only more to come!

  • When a credit provider receives a ‘hardship notice’
  • What a credit provider must do in response to a hardship notice
  • Options available to credit providers
  • Time limits and notice requirements that apply
  • AFCA guidance and case studies relating to hardship
  • Recent COVID-19 announcements and APRA treatment of COVID-19 support packages

The online training is being offered this Friday morning, 27 March for 90 minutes.

Cost of the training is $250 per person plus GST with discounts available for groups of 5 or more.
