Mr Gray has held local and regional roles within Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa and Asia-Pacific, advising across each of Aon’s business streams, encompassing commercial risk, reinsurance, retirement solutions, health solutions and data and analytical services.
Director, Cyber Security Group, Aon
Chris McLaughlin is the director of Aon’s cybersecurity group. He served for 13 years in the British Army, specialising in signals and communications intelligence and electronic warfare. Following his military service, Mr McLaughlin worked with a number of systems integrators and global consultancies, including Accenture, HP, IBM Global Business Services, Ernst & Young, Gartner and PwC.

Ed Stroz is the founder and co-president of Stroz Friedberg, an Aon company and global leader in investigations, intelligence and risk management. Mr Stroz oversees the firm's growth and client development while ensuring the maintenance of its distinctive culture.
He also provides hands-on strategic consulting in investigations, intelligence and due diligence, plus cyber and physical security. Before starting the firm, Mr Stroz was a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigations, where he formed its computer crime squad in New York.
