The Future Ready Legal Department

Legisway by WoltersKluwer

Date: Tuesday, November 12, 2019

Location: BMA House, London

According to the Future Ready Lawyer survey from Wolters Kluwer, only 34% of lawyers believe their organisation is prepared to keep pace with changes in the legal market. While the level of preparedness varies greatly from one organisation to the next, those that have already implemented technology have much greater confidence.

Join Wolters Kluwer for a half-day event that examines how technology, economic forces, and an increasingly complex business environment are affecting the future of law and how organisations are preparing. Maurits Annegarn, Segment Manager Legal Software, will present the key findings of the survey.

Later, Maurits Annegarn, Gregoire Miot, Head of New Markets / Chief Evangelist, Alistair Wye, Legal Innovation & Technology Solutions Attorney, Mareike Petrowitsch, General Counsel at Lesson Nine GmbH (Babbel.com) and Alex Hamilton, CEO at Radiant Law, will join in a panel discussion about what to expect and how to ensure your future readiness, and provide tips for implementing technology to address the common challenges faced by legal departments in the UK.

Why attend:

  • Learn what you need to create a “future ready” legal department
  • Assess your current state of preparedness and priorities
  • Discover how technology is an enabler of the future
  • Network with peers and subject matter experts

A light breakfast will be provided. We look forward to seeing you there.
