Fintech in France: the brand-new regulation of ICOs and crypto-assets

The PACTE Act of 22 May 2019, which creates a regulatory framework for both ICOs and cryptocurrency-related businesses, is the final step of a legislative process which saw France give a clear set of rules to the crypto-assets and blockchain industries.
