Jon B Dubrow is co-head of McDermott’s antitrust mergers focus group and assists clients across a host of interrelated antitrust issues, including M&A transactions and merger clearance, counselling and litigation. He leads the defence of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures before the Department of Justice, the FTC and foreign competition authorities.
