Managing and reducing contractual risks across entities and jurisdictions

Wolters Kluwer Legal Software

In organisations with a growing contract portfolio, in-house lawyers need to be equipped with the right tools to identify and assess risk (without being a bottleneck!) – especially if the business is expanding across many jurisdictions. If not, it will be extremely difficult to provide proactive counsel and minimise risk exposure.

During this webinar, you’ll learn how small and mid-sized legal departments can identify and control contractual risks, stay on top of key obligations and enhance commercial opportunities across jurisdictions with legal tech.

The webinar will cover:

  • The pitfalls of storing your contract data on different servers, in different countries
  • How your role sets a standard for cross-functional collaboration and legal versus commercial understanding
  • How to empower your colleagues to be more self-sufficient in managing their contract risks
  • A framework to identify, track and control contract risks, with real-world examples using effacts – the smart legal dashboard for legal counsel
