Isi Caulder is a partner, lawyer and patent agent at Bereskin & Parr LLP. She is a member of the firm's electrical and computer technology practice group and co-leader of the firm’s artificial intelligence (AI) practice group. She guides technology companies developing and working with AI through the process of strategically capturing, managing and monetising their patent, design and other IP rights in North America and worldwide.


Catherine Lovrics is a partner, lawyer and trademark agent at Bereskin & Parr LLP. She is the co-leader of the firm’s copyright and digital media practice group. She advises on emergent AI issues in copyright, trademark, consumer protection and privacy law.

Bhupinder Randhawa is a partner, lawyer and patent and trademark agent with Bereskin & Parr LLP. He is head of the electrical and computer technology practice group and co-leader of the AI practice group. His practice focuses on patent and technology law, particularly obtaining, evaluating and leveraging IP rights for high-technology clients.
