Settling commercial disputes seminar

When: 23 May 2018

Where: Bristol, UK

Join TLT's Dispute Resolution team as we host our first session of our litigation seminar series

Chris Owen and Kerry Gwyther, Dispute Resolution partners at TLT and accredited practising commercial mediators, will provide you with practical guidance on how to settle a business dispute effectively – in terms of costs, your management time and, most importantly, brand/reputation protection.

Chris and Kerry will also provide you with a mediator's insight into the effective use of mediation advocacy and how an effective solicitor/client team can make the difference.

We are delighted to be joined by Professor Adrian Furnham of the University College London who will be speaking about the psychology of negotiation.
