The impact of the recent labour reform in Brazil – a global perspective.

Effective since November 2017, the new law in Brazil will purportedly boost job opportunities and reduce unemployment rates by creating some degree of flexibility. For those who manage a workforce in Brazil, the reform introduces new ways to manage, for example, working hours, holidays, managers, remote work and union relations.
