Against the backdrop of corporates’ growing temptation to spotlight their ‘green’ credentials, during this webinar, our panelists will survey explore the latest trends in connection with greenwashing risk across key markets: EU, France, Germany, the UK and the US.
Our panellists will take the audience through (1) recent litigation and enforcement trends before domestic courts and self-regulatory authorities and (2) the evolving regional and national laws, as well as voluntary guidance in this space.
Our experts will share key takeaways for each jurisdiction on how companies can mitigate greenwashing risk, while responsibly and accurately reflecting their sustainability progress.
