New protection of adult persons legislation allows advance planning for cases of loss of legal incapacity

Switzerland - November 15 2012 On 1 January 2013 the amended Swiss Civil Code with the new protection of adult persons legislation (replacing the guardianship legislation) will enter into force and bring the law in line with modern circumstances and attitudes.
