As reported in Mark Borges' Proxy Disclosure Blog, after 117 filings under with the shareholder advisory vote requirements of the Dodd-Frank Act, as of Friday evening, January 14th, the breakdown of company recommendations for the "Say on Pay" frequency vote in definitive and preliminary proxy statements that had been filed for annual meetings of shareholders to be held on or after January 21, 2011 was as follows
