In the New Law Journal edition of 6 November 2009 Andrew Morgan laments the low fixed success fee of 27.5 in asbestos claims, which he attributes to the high rate of recovery in pleural plaques claims prior to the Rothwell decision, and says “the current costs regime provides no comfort for asbestos disease victims”
