Further to checks carried out by the CNIL at the end of 2009 and the beginning of 2010, the CNIL observed that the vehicles used by Google over the French territory to develop its Street View service collected and recorded photographs and the flow of data from individuals' Wi-Fi wireless networks without their knowledge
