The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) is due to hear two applications on whether Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights (right to manifest religion or belief) was breached where the employees were disciplined for refusing to: (i) carry out civil partnership ceremonies; and (ii) provide pyschosexual counseling to same-sex couples
