The European Commission has removed the Q&As relating to MiFID, AIFMD, the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD), the Payment Services Directive  (PSD) and the second Electronic Money Directive (2EMD) from  its website and now provides links to the Q&As produced by the EBA, ESMA and EIOPA.  The Commission gives as its reasons the fact that the EBA, ESMA and EIOPA are now mandated to publish Q&As about the implementation of financial services legislation, that the database underlying the Q&As was itself no longer maintained or updated and that it had found that there was a low level of usage of its Q&As webpages.
