FCA has published a policy statement on fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory access to regulated benchmarks. This includes price fairness and a three-month deadline by which to provide access following a written request. It provides feedback to the responses to FCA’s consultation on the proposed policy and provides the Handbook amendments, which add new provisions to the Market Conduct Sourcebook, that will apply to benchmark administrators. The policy comes into force on 1 April. (Source: FCA Publishes Access to Regulated Benchmarks Policy)
