Robert Bosch LLC v. Alberee Products, Inc., et al., C.A. No. 12-574 - LPS, March 17, 2016 (redacted).

Stark, C. J. Defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction is denied.

The court had earlier declined to dismiss defendant for lack of personal jurisdiction and instead ordered that jurisdictional discovery take place. That discovery has shown that defendant has an agency relationship with distributors of the accused wiper blades. Defendant purposefully availed itself of the privileges and laws of Delaware by designing products for the U.S. market. In fact, sales of the accused products were made in Delaware.
