The Social Security System of Panama has called two millionaire tenders for the price fixing of medicine for the next 12 months. 

Tenders are for the supply, storage, transportation and delivery of special medications: controlled substances and narcotics (high sanitary risk), and biological and biotechnological medicines, for hospitals, polyclinics and health centers of the Social Security System in the Panamanian territory. 

The first bid is programed for December 16th 2015 with an official price above 71 million dollars; while proposal for the second tender must be submitted two days later, on December 18, 2015, and the official reference price for this bid exceeds 76 million dollars.

For both tenders, bidders must comply with the Offerer's Certificate, Sanitary Record of the products or the respective request of renovation, Technical Criteria of the medical devices, Interchangeability Certificate, and other formalities as required by Panamanian law.
